If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! The IT Business Analyst will conduct HR IT process analysis, needs assessments, and preliminary benefit analysis. Prepare functional, system, and program specifications for business unit initiatives. Lead teams in all HR and business analysis efforts. Serve as a technical leader within the Human Resources area, focusing on our ERP system (currently Ellucian Banner), Timekeeping system (currently Kronos), and other software solutions.
