POSITION SUMMARY:

As a Bilingual Training Center Planning Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing business plans, policies, and procedures to support the growth of our organization's training department. You'll conduct comprehensive data analysis and collaborate closely with management at all levels to identify strategic recommendations aimed at enhancing training operations and improving overall performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Evaluate technicians' performances to support them in achieving required capability levels.
  • Review and assess training materials, systems, trainees, and trainers to ensure effectiveness.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on observed data to enhance training operations.
  • Collaborate with HQ and trainers to deliver training materials and programs.
  • Coordinate training schedules by liaising with other departments and ASCs (Authorized Service Centers).
  • Maintain regular communication with teams to improve training operations and management, including training contents and materials.
  • Support the organization's KPIs through research, analysis, and recommendation of improvement initiatives.
  • Research and recommend processes to support the growth of the organization's training initiatives.
  • Provide support to training academies nationally.
  • Collaborate with other departments and HQ to facilitate key tasks and provide analytical data and support to management.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in data or business analysis preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in time management, reporting, scheduling, and customer service process management.
  • Ability to identify problems related to field issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Experience in creating Google Dashboard, Tableau Software, or similar software.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

REQUIRED:

  • Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English.
