Job Summary |
Auburn Athletics is searching for a Director of Analytics and Ticket Strategy. The Director of Analytics & Ticket Strategy manages data collection and analysis for the external unit within the Department of Athletics. This individual understands that revenue generation and customer service are the priority and number one goal. This individual will be instrumental in developing both the short- and long-term operational sales & service strategies, ticketing and revenue reports for Auburn's six ticketed sports and implement new initiatives to enhance the sales team's effectiveness, while ensuring the best sales leads are focused on first. Minimum Qualifications | Bachelor's degree plus four years of experience in business operations, ticket sales, sales operations, data management, or customer relationship management (CRM) systems. OR Master's degree plus two years of experience in business operations, ticket sales, sales operations, data management, or customer relationship management (CRM) systems. |
