In anticipation of the contract award, we are seeking Program Analysts who will support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Agency Information Management and Software Services (AIMSS) mission by providing financial, cost, value, budget, risk, and program management planning support.

In this role, you will classify, monitor, and summarize financial data for the preparation and submission of reports regularly. You will provide cost/benefit studies, financial analysis, analysis of alternatives, return on investment, cost estimation, present value, and other analyses. You will also conduct research, evaluations, analyses, and studies, and present recommendations/solutions related to short and long-term program planning requirements. Your expertise may be required in configuration management, financial management, cost estimation, or risk management.

Required

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Must have an in-scope DoD Security Clearance
• Experience developing, maintaining, and reporting off of a spend plan
• Strong Microsoft Office skills - especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to provide on-site support to MDA Facilities
• Willing to periodically travel in support of test events

Desired

• Experience supporting the US Ballistic Missile Defense System
• Experience developing financial analysis for DoD programs
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
• Experience with Microsoft Power BI
