We are currently seeking a General Plant Manager to oversee our facility located in Huntsville, AL. A successful General Manager will provide strong leadership, world class safety, strategic direction, and a discipline of execution to facilitate fast-paced business growth in support of customer and shareholder objectives. We seek a leader with proven Executive presence that can lead through ATI's core values to drive a culture built on the foundation of safety and integrity, with a passion for innovation and execution, achieved through teamwork, respect and accountability.
Primary Responsibilities
The candidate in this position must be able to obtain a Department of Energy (DoE) Security Clearance. Candidates must be willing and able to provide information necessary to verify eligibility and receive authorization to access Controlled Unclassified Information related to U.S. Department of Defense or U.S. Department of Energy programs. Verification and authorization may be required from (1) the U.S. Government, (2) the security organizations of ATI's customers in the U.S. Government's defense and national security supply chains, or (3) ATI's Law Department.
