The Sales Support Specialist will work remotely, part-time, (20-25 hours per week), sourcing, emailing, and calling leads to establish appointments for our DeSHAZO Outside Sales Team. This employee with be responsible for creating and managing sales flows within the ZoomInfo platform. In addition to assisting the sales team, there will be opportunities to source leads for our DeSHAZO Recruitment and Parts Departments.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
3-5 years of Inside Sales Experience
Experience with ZoomInfo (SalesOS, Engage, Intent & reporting functions)
Must have strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Proficiency making cold calls to potential clients.
Aptitude for understanding crane characteristics, components, parts, and basic operation of an overhead crane.
Ability to operate company phone and computer.
Ability to produce reports and analytics pertaining to ZoomInfo platform performance.
