About the team

FIS' Omni Plus (aka Defined Contribution, Defined Benefit, Annuity) is a retirement plan administration and recordkeeping solution. The system provides your organization the ability to set up and administer defined contribution, defined benefit, and annuities, as well as cash reconciliation

What you will be doing

Provide administrative processes support for routine "back office" tasks such as client support processing, researching customer deposit and loan-related questions or problems, and performing miscellaneous customer and account maintenance as defined by client specific procedures.

  • M-F 1st shift with a flex start time
  • Monitor DE queues to direct and allocate work to personnel
  • Monitor Data Entry queues for incoming forms
  • Ability to utilize and train on OCR/PSR/AG systems and workflow as assigned duties require
  • Identify form is in correct queue, in correct order, etc.
  • Processing data entry customer data for their retirement accounts
  • Ability to accurately input/review customer information and form level data
  • Ability to follow detailed procedures and processing guides for accuracy
  • Maintain required level of productivity and accuracy
  • Fast paced production environment
  • Cross training in other departments
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
