As a 2022 FIS University Program full-time employee, you will have the opportunity to participate in team projects, community service activities, professional development seminars and work with a team that is invested in your growth, development, and success; including quarterly performance connects with your manager and bi-annual merit reviews. This two-year full-time program has start dates in January, March, June, and September with a dedicated "Learning Week" where you will;

• Learn how to work within a corporate environment

• Learn the structure of FIS and options for growth within the organization

• Hear from FIS leadership about their journey and participate in senior leader networking opportunities

• Build a network of your peers from across the organization

About The Team

The coming influx of new retirees brings both opportunity and challenges that create a need for competitive solutions. FIS Retirement Services link activities across the entire retirement life cycle so clients can focus on their customers' needs instead of business processes. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with clients and financial institutions of all sizes as well as a breadth of teams within the FIS organization. Omni Professionals Services provide a variety of roles on client implementation, upgrade, enhancement, and process improvement projects.

What You Will Be Doing

• You will be assigned an area of responsibility within a project and be responsible for managing the activities.

• You will initially support internal and client status reporting and hosting of status meetings for your area of the project.

• You will track the project timeline for your area and tracking risks, issues, and dependencies for the outlined tasks.

• You will collaborate with others on the project to ensure milestones are successfully achieved.

• You will enhance overall project management skills such as negotiation, collaboration, time management, team management, financial reporting, and problem-solving.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree from job discipline

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Self-motivated and a willingness to learn

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Added Bonus If You Have

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Accounting, Information Systems, or related disciple
