Job Summary

Essential Functions
  • Supports the Office of the Vice President for University Outreach staff with events and meetings as needed.
  • Serves as a representative for the Office of the Vice President for University Outreach to students, staff and faculty.
  • Answers the phone and takes messages for the Office of the Vice President for University Outreach staff and personnel.
  • Assists with organizing, creating and filing documents.
  • Operates basic office equipment including photocopier, fax machine, and paper shredder as requested by the Office of the Vice President for University Outreach staff .
  • Assists with deliveries and interoffice pick up and drop off as requested by the Office of the Vice President for University Outreach staff.
  • Maintains inventory and identifies supply needs.
  • Organizes storage sapce in the VPUO Office Suite.
  • Assists with day-to-day operational tasks.
  • Assists with reclocation tasks.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Current Auburn University student in good standing.

Expectations:
  • Proficient in computer skills (Adobe, Word, Excel, Power Point, Zoom, Canva, Google Docs.
  • Ability to lift at least 25 pounds.

Pay Rate $10.00/hour
