Job Summary |
This is a one-year limited term appointment. Continuation of employment will be contingent upon availability of funding (that is likely but not guaranteed) and performance. The College of Liberal Arts is seeking candidates for a Behavior Analyst position located in Mt. Meigs, AL.. The Accountability Based Sex Offender Prevention Program (ABSOPP) is now in the 21st year. The selected candidate will provide professional services to residents in the ABSOPP at Mt. Meigs juvenile facility in accordance with Department of Youth Services (DYS). This action includes conducting training with DYS staff, consulting with teachers, consulting with Psychiatrists and Nursing personnel, communicating regularly with other ABSOPP personnel, and serving in various professional capacities. As a part of the team responsibilities, this position contributes to the development of behavioral programming for a three-tiered system of service delivery.
